Sampo Rosenlew and John Deere into Cooperation

Sampo Rosenlew starts cooperation with the world’s largest agricultural and forestry machinery manufacturer Deere & Company, also called John Deere.

Sampo Rosenlew starts cooperation with the world’s largest agricultural and forestry machinery manufacturer Deere & Company, also called John Deere.

Through a distribution and marketing agreement, John Deere will start selling Sampo Rosenlew’s combine harvesters in Western Europe. John Deere is introducing a new W440 model, which is based on Sampo Rosenlew’s 3000 series model.

 

Sampo Rosenlew will also continue its cooperation with AGCO, who has an important strategic role in distributing Sampo Rosenlew’s combine harvesters in Finland, Sweden and Norway. Sampo Rosenlew will redeem the shares that were sold to AGCO in 2011.
