Multi Stage

The Sampo Rosenlew Multi Stage cabinet cleaners are designed to handle large and heavy components that require two or three stages to achieve the required level of cleanliness. Usually the components have a high level of impurities and grease that require a highly developed cleaning technique.

For demanding cleaning

The wash in Multi Stage cleaner is carried out in a closed cabinet where the rotating spray system sprays hot liquid on the components from every direction. The first stage is normally a wash stage while the second and third are rinsing stages. Alternatively phosphating and other treatments can be processed in a Multi Stage machine. Multi Stage cleaners are common on production and maintenance lines.

The cleaners have a high specification as standard. Features like heat and sound insulation, a stainless steel construction, automatic refill, full-flow filtration, level guard and several other kinds of equipment make the cleaner a functional unit.
